how can i fix my worcester bosch combi boiler?

My worcester bosch combi boiler will not give hot water when selected for hot water only,yet when I switch it to central heating and water,it works normally.why is this?

There is a diverter valve inside your boiler which provides this very function, and I guess its faulty. Not uncommon.
