Umm... I'd need some details if you can. What all did you do to the clock? There should be a wire sitting on top of one the bellows, (usually the left one) that will push the bird up. Then there's also the pole that the bird sits on. This should resemble somewhat an alin wrench, down near the movement there should be a branch off of it that is making contact with a spring. Check these things.
