how do I get all channles for free in Grundig DV3?

I have a Grundig DV3 where I am getting freesat channels. Is there any way of getting all other channels for free.

If it is a Freesat Box the answer is no. (That isn't a Grundig model number.) It won't even have a decoder or a Viewing Card slot.

If it is a Freeview box the answer is still no for the same reason(s).
