I had my HP pavillion dv1000 connected up to a projector and when i pulled it out my screen didn't return to normal. i can see things happening on the screen but there is no 'brightness'; i've been told it's the backlight that has gone....how can i go about getting this fixed because nobody i taken it to has been able to do it..........
