When I try to change the channels using the up/down buttons on the TV itself or remote, it tries to change but stays on the same channel everytime. If I use the number buttons on the remote to enter a certain channel though, it changes to that channel. What could be the problem? I've tried all setup features to try to fix the problem - sounds internal.
