Clock Chimes?

What could stop my clock from chiming after I had it looked at 3 times. It does great for a few days and when I wind it there goes the chimes.

You do not say how old your clock is or what was done. If you have had it looked at 3 times and no one suggested a complete overhaul, then you need to find a reputable repairman to look at it. A clock is a mechanical device that wears out. The bushings (bearings) wear out just like in a car and must be replaced. A complete overhaul is taking the movement apart, cleaning it, polishing the pivots and putting new bushings in. They can only be put in from the inside out. It is costly but the work requires a high level of skill.
