my Thomson DTR (DT16300-16) will no longer record. Hard drive is not near full. Any help appreciated. Unable also to get telephone number for support.

mine crashed over weekend orange light keeps flashing,took it back to comet they did'nt want to know.cant seem to get any answers.

Apparently , if this happened over the weekend, it is likely to be a Thomson update that has crashed machines.

I've written to BBC Watchdog today - as my box did the same thing last night (Sunday 19 April 2009).

Am fuming - for a company to crash its own digi-boxes is totally ridiculous !
