the filter is inside if the machine, take off the panel at the bottom were the discharge hose comes out , see the black concertina tube"comming from the drum , the filter is inside that tube, take the jubillee clip of , and take the filter out , clean it , dont forget to put the ball float back in , and everything back as it was , have it un plug when working on it ,
