tv won't tune to top box?

I can't seam to get the tv to tune to the top box. Is there a problem with the box it is a Tevion brand from aldi..

Most budget boxers don't have an RF output and so don't 'tune' to the TV but rather are attached via a SCART lead and then accessed by the AV button on the TV's remote.
