No Domestic hot water?

I have a Glow-Worm 30ci boiler. The heating side of it works well and all radiators are piping hot, however, try as I might we can not get a decent supply of domestic hot water.

I have replaced the thermister and increased the boiler output, Can anyone suggest a remedy please.

had a new heat exchanger fitted but it only lasted for a while before the problem re-ocurred
