Cassettes won't load properly, the flap on the VCR does not close at all, even when loading manually. Only action is to press Eject button (which shows up on the display panel). The recorder had been turning off unexpectedly especially when rewinding a recording using the one touch function. I can't play or record a cassette tape. I have tried turning off power at the socket - no change but the time showed correctly on the display.
