Where is the release lever for the cogs of a VHS tape?

Someone answered a question about repairing a VCR tape. Part of the answer read: "On the underside of the cassette you will see two large white cog wheels, and also a small hole towards the rear of the cassette body, the white piece seen through this hole is the release lever for these cogs. Press this lever in with a pencil and draw the pieces of tape forward ready for joining."
I don't see a small hole with a white piece showing through it. Can you explain a little more? Thanks. Your answer was very clear except for that detail.

It is on the underside of the cassette, 2cm from the back edge and in the middle and is down a hole about 6 to 7 mm diameter. It is usually coloured black, sometimes white, but just gently press it in with anything that will go through the hole. Also the front flap release catch is on the right hand edge, when the cassette is viewed from above, just gently press it in with anything and raise the flap to get at the tape.
