i didnt get in instructions on how to download music or anything else on my new mp3 player can you help me please

I used winamp just connected it and it detected it, clicked yes and added music. for Video just copy to root folder, has to be in AVI (non divx) format. Comes out pretty nice, got a couple of 1 hour stand up Comedy acts on there
