Orange LED on Freeview box?

I've had the same problem since the weekend - so so angry. And I presume Thomson have gone bust or something given there isn't a number to ring? Tried the instructions over and over and nothing - what a waste of money.

got the orange spot. tried the above solution and the variation found at the www. link above. Neither work after several attempts at each. Seems like a con by Top Up Merchants

unplug the box for 20sec. press and hold standby button on the box while plugging it back in. As soon as the amber light flashes let go and press up,down, left and right arrow keys in sequence 3 times. The amber light will stay on and the green light will start flashing. In approx 60 sec the box will turn on by itself.

Got same problem with a flashing green light to the lower right. I know it is a box issue as another freeview box works fine with same tv and ariel connection
