Creative zen vision M, 30mb. Computer (Windows XP) suddenly stopped recognizing player. Creative.com lists new firmware only for 60mb model. Also, even if I find the needed firmware, I don't see how I can install it as long as computer doesn't communicate with player. Also, if firmware doesn't correct problem, next listed step is to reformat, losing all music on player. Again, can't backup player files if no communication between player and computer.
