You can only try to dye them - although a lot of black dyes come up grey. You can't go back on bleach!!

Paint the bleach spots with a black, permanent marker pen.

Do not expect a quality solution to your spotty problem - use trousers as gardening clothes - nearly all my trousers are gardening trousers...
