My Tuner is always busy or stuck. The light is always bright and there are three other mini lights that flash intermittently. We have been unable to access the machine for seven days. I have switched the whole thing off at the plug and allowed it to reset but still no joy using the remote control or the switch on the box. We cannot make it work. Any ideas welcome.
