If all these sites claim they want to help fix mp3 players then how come every site u send me to including this site hav only have advertising and only questions not answers?

You are not "sent" to any site - you visit sites on your own free will.

Some people are not practically minded and need help with relatively simple things - if they enter a clear sensible question they will likely get a sensible answer that helps them.

Other people enter unclear questions about extremely complex devices - miniturised electronics that have been dropped on the floor for instance and no longer work. This type of questioner often has unreasonable expectations and fails to understand that they are beyond help. They often get frustrated when nobody answers them.

"Your MP3 player is dead - you can't fix it - buy a new one" is the sort of answer people do not wish to see - Now just what is your problem?
