My computer had a virus and had to be redone, it worked well for some time, but now I would have to empty and redo the same procedure, however I don't know how to do it!
I have access to a second computer and could follow advices, please help!

hello emma, yes it doesent matter how many times you reset your pc you will always have the virus, anyway to get going again you will need you windows re-installer disc wich wipes off everythink and resets your computer but theres no point in keep restarting it when you could just buy a realy good virus system that will find it
