My Thompsons digital freview box wont boot up lots of lights flash but I have not noticed any sequence, how do I reset it and do a clean start up? I cannot see any menu's on the screen please help

hi there had the same problem to reboot switch of 20 sec from wall switch on soon the first red lite comes on press up/down left/right no problem
