lock out keeps displaying even after boiler has been reset, switched off at mains etc

there was no 115 only a 155 if this is the case then it shows a lack of gas / ignition check if the water pressure switch is working this is located under a cover at the rear of the boiler on top it has two wires bridge them out momentarily DO NOT BRIDGE PERMANENTLY ,check if there is water present and rectify
