Everytime press the eject button the "SONY DVD" is display and the shuts off. The digital 3d surround and dolby digital lights blink too together with the SONY DVD display. In the other hand whem the dvd is in the service menu the tray open a nd close normally. How I can fix this?

take the cover off, then take the cover off the disk area. You should see the disk in its seat, take out the disk. The laser should be fully extended, carefully push the laser back to the center,( you will hear some clicking noises) place cover and outer cover back on unit. This does not guaranty that your DVD will still work or stick again.
