Heating?

I have a 10 year old Boulter Camray 90-110 and it will only run correctly if I remove the front cover panel! with the front cover panel fitted, it just keeps firing up and shutting down continuosly every few seconds, I have removed the flu, baffles etc, cleaned & replaced everything including cleaning out the inside of the boiler and the problem is still eactly as it was?

Thank you very much for your help, I stripped the flu down and rebuilt/sealed it and that problem has now gone.
However another problem has come to light, we have a 210 litre megaflo tank and the boiler will not fire up to heat hot water unless I set the Danfoss motorised valve to manual, I bought a new motor yesterday and replaced it but the problem is still there?

This Fault is being caused by Combustion gasses being drawn into the Air intake on the Balanced flue, the flue will need to be stripped down and resealed, this should remedy the problem
