how can I restore the water preasure after draining radiators?

I changed the radiator in my bathroom and had to drain the system to do that. I turned the water back on the Potterton Perfoma 30 HE and water pressure gauge is not rising from 0. How do I refill and what do I need to do??

there should be filling loop silver flex pipe somewhere under or near boiler, open lever valve and pressure gauge should rise and close it at 1.5bar.
