Can I use my existing heating pipes for a new combi boiler?

I have a conventional gas boiler feeding 9 radiators in a flat about 15 yrs old. One plumber has advised that we can simply bolt on a new combi boiler withour redoing the pipework in the flat where as another has indicated that the pipe work would have to be redone as it is low pressure.

You can use existing pipework to new boiler. As your system is 15 years old and radiators as well, you may need to powerflush the system when installing new boiler or all rust and sludge in the system will block new boiler
