Sime Super 90 losing pressure?

hope some one can help me i have sime super 90 it seems to be losssing presure (about half a bar) after running for 4hrs it only loses a very small amount when switched off , i have checked the heating system and as far as i can see/feel theres no leaks!! HELP>>pls

cheers for that :) . but no luck it dose'nt seem to be loseing via the pressure relief ( i placed a bottle over the outlet and was still dry this morning!), it dose seem the be lossing more pressure after using the hot water:( all sugestions welcome ..thanks

somewhere outside directly behind the boiler or in that area there should be a copper pipe protruding through the wall is there signs of water around this ( feel the end of the pipe ) if so youre pressure relief valve has failed and needs replacing to do this find the valve which usually has a spring loaded red head and activate fully by turning red head once pressure has dropped remove valve and replace with new ( use a dish or bucket to colect excess water to ensure you dont wet any electrics in boiler ) once fitted fill heating system agian using filling loop and bleed radiators operate as normal
