how can i fix my proline k1405 t.v?

my t.v wont switch on without remote control and now the remote broken and i cant get thae t.v to switch on it permanatly on stand by.

Have you tried getting a replacement remote? Also, on some TV's there a seperate button for Standby/ON (but mainly known as standby) and yours is likely to have it.

Proline is a Comet own brand so they will probably be able to supply a replacement remote.
