How can I fix a hole in chrome tap - model is Frankie?

I've accidently punctured the spout on the kitchen tap and when I turn the tap on, water squirts out. It's a dual spout with hot and cold water runing through it. I can't tell if I can remove the spout and taps from the sink, but I'm guessing I can.

Is there a cheap way to repair the hole so you can't tell there was a hole there? Can I use something that will look like chrome and fill the hole and be watertight? Or do I have to buy new taps and spout? I'm based in the UK.

Any help greatly appreciated.

I wonder how you've done that...? Anyway, the spout can be removed on Franke units by undoing the small allen screw at the back, and pulling the spout upwards and out. As for the hole, well the water isn't under pressure there so I'd have a go with some Araldite...any heating to solder things would cause the chrome to colour.
