after bootup system problem?

after my computer boots up, it opens with the usual desktop stuff but then it opens the SYSTEM file which i then have to close, is there any way i can stop this file from opening.

would appreciate any help as it is annoying.

it sounds like that you have a got ot run and type msconfig and see if the first chociec is chosen noral start up

select run, type msconfig select startup and check if the system file is set to run on stertup if it is untick it and restar your computer you will get a notification that you are running a selective start up tick the box that says do not show this box again hope this is of some help
