I've had my Bissell Proheat Cleaner for about 3-4 years. It's worked GREAT until my husband convinced me to let his friend from childhood borrow it to clean their house. I got it back a week or two later and now my cleaner won't dispense water or solution. I'm wondering does anyone know how to fix this or what is causing it?? Please help! I thank you in advance!
