How do you fix leaking kitchen mixer tap(only on cold water)?

kitchen mixer tap leaking when using cold water when i swivel it to hot water leak stops???? very confused!!!any advice please.

Your Swivel is in two part and I gess O ring may be damaged where it turn, so by replacing it might slove problem, try that first.
