how i get take out tape from inside ?

my Panasanic video cassette recorder NV-FJ710B it first time after 6 year yeterday 26th january i try take tape out of this the tape wont come out block and the picture from tape was problem poor damaged so i try take tap out from this wont it it block it look like damaged ! what to do ? need reapair or ? i need your advice ! I cant lived without this beucase I am deaf need subiltile tape recoreder grrr

I believe all VCR's record the closed caption portion of the signal. If your television is set to display the CC, any VCR should work.

If I understand your problem correctly, you cannot remove your cassette tape from your VCR. I suggest doing a Yahoo or Google search on 'repairing vcr' or 'removing jammed video cassette' (or something similar). Check the search results and see if they give you an answer. I should mention that whenever I tried to remove a jammed or locked cassette from my VCR, it was always difficult. Part of the VCR had to be taken apart, and the cassette tape was always damaged. If the search results seem too complicated or make you nervous, and you really need that video tape, you should go to a video repair shop.
Another option, to try to save money, is to find a technical training school that teaches video repair, and ask them for help.
