well i don,tknow what you mean, but let me say this .if its a tank over flow then its the ball valve, if its your toilet then its the ball valve again but this you can adjust, if it your boiler then we need to know what pipe is flowing ie condensing pipe then thats ok ,but if its your P R V then its not right , let me know how you get on
