The hot water and CH is not working i think due to loss of pressure. On the gaugue its pretty close to the 0 mark. How can i repressurise this myself?

VCW had external filling loop.you should be looking for a stainless braided hose with one or two valves

I can see a white plastic tap that I could turn.. other than that there isnt anything else that i can visibly move. The tap on this leads to the 4th pipe along. There are two outer thicker pipes, then 3 thinner pipes.

Is this what i should be turning?

Thanks

yes the filling loop should be under the boiler it will be attached to the cold main in to the boiler. Normally it is a little black tap you should top it up to between 1-2 bar
