When inserted, PC does not 'recognise'. Is it hardware or software problem and how it can be resolved.

1.Some time due to virus it persist. But don't worry try to check your BIOS settings.

2. If any antivirus installed on your computer then try to disable them and then try to insert pendrive.

If same problem persist then try to change the USB Port No.
After performing above try to update your USB driver software.
