the westminster chiming works but is out of sync. at 20 mins past the hour it chimes as it should chime at the hour. at 35 mins past the hour it chimes as it should at 15 mins past the hour etc etc, get the drift?

Nodrog, pull the minute hand off and move it back by 15 minutes and put it back on. If it is off by 5 minutes after that you need to pull it again and adjust it by putting a square object, like a small square file, in the hand bushing and move the hand backward on the bushing. If it does not have a bushing in the hand for some reason then you will have to get a profession to adjust it from inside.
