Hi I had a problem with my Samsung smartwash 6.0kg b12455 after I had a uneven load message I drained the machine but the locking light failed to go out,I tried to open the door without success so turned off at the wall then turned back on,the door lock light then went out and as I tried to open the door again there was a loud crack but door would still not open,I have managed to open it now with a handy screwdriver but noticed the grey catch which goes over the locking bolt has snapped off thus being why it won't open,whilst iam happy to use a screwdriver the wife is not.so do I need to buy a new door or could I just get a new lock??and where could I purchase these? Thanks in advance.
