I am no longer able to add or delete music files onto my device. WMA will not recognize the device does when it is MSC mode. When I change the device into MTP, WMA seems like it can sync music files but then when I unplug the device, the device says that it is too full (when it is not) and I need to free up space. Basically, the activity I did in WMA does not translate to the device. I have been having this problem for about 2 months and resetting it does not work. Also, I cant record music from the FM radio, or voice option the player says it is a "bad track" and nothing happens. I am wondering if something malfunctioned within the device, and I just may need a replacement?
