square bay window , we need to fix tracks for both net curtains and fabric curtains but coving is fitted around the bay, so where do we fix the track? please

you could face fix the net rail below the coving if enought reveal space, and top fix into the ceiling in front of the coving.You can get a double type pole with passing brackets and rings which can be face fixed or top fix by silent gliss (very pricey though) and has to measured spot on to fit your window..
