help recently my laptop has been turning itself off its under a year old has windows live one care installed the fan makes quite a loud noise then switches off totally help
Hi Karren You have answered the Question yourself.It Sounds like your fan has packed in. This should be repaired under warranty if under a year old .Iff you have to pay It is not a costly repair and can be sorted in a few mins
