Increasing pressure on worcester 24i combi boiler?

The pressure dial is on zero. I read lots of topics on this and ordered a filling key seeing as there wasn't one where there was supposed to be. The key came and then find out cant find where to put it, there doesnt seem to be the optional integral filling connection, as the instruction manual states. As this is optional there must be another way to refill and pressurise the boiler? Please Please help. Susan

tank fed is another possibility so pressure would read just above zero (depending) and filling would do sod all, clue is usually, do you have a pressure relief pipe terminating outside? yes-fill up no-tank fed

just something else to bare in mind as a British gas worcester oldy install :-)

look for a flexi braided pipe under the boiler or follow the pipework down it may be lower down in a cupboard etc.
