How can I fix my supportplus mp3 player that starts an goes blank. at starting it says supportplus then it goes blank. its a supportplus mp3 player dVR

i had same problem.just fixed it.if you have cd with it ,install software from it. with it plugged in to pc.then from start,programs,sygma firmware download.update from there and then when complete remove from pc.problem solved. if you havent got cd maybe can contact me and i will copy it and send to you.good luck

What happens when you connect to PC USB?
Can you see files stored on it?
Have you tried reformatting and then reloading?
