Page 26 of user manual suggests that recording settings can be adjusted but I can only get the Line-in/Mic-in setting to alter from the Record Sub-Menu after going into Settings from Main Menu". I would like to adjust the sample rate to a higher setting for recording line-in music (the default sample rate is only 8kHz)
Also, what does ASD stand for in the record setting menu (it is set to "Off" and cannot be altered).
The model is also stated to be firmware upgradeable but on trying this from online, menu gives choice of Hong Kong, China or Russia!

Hi I am not sure about the recording setting. Concerning about loading songs I use the jockey suite that came with it. You need to drag from the computer onto the right side. Then you have to click syncronize on the top and finally close the suite. After you have done all that the music should paly fine. The first time I had the same problem, but if you follow these steps it will be ok. I have problems upgrading the firmware as well, I will see if I can find any material about it and post any news.

yo i dont have an answer for ur question, but u may be able to helpme. i have the same mp3 player as u. my problem is that i drained the battery and cant get it to recharge. i have used the adapter to charge the mp3 player and i also tried the usb charging method.
