How can I fix my Indesit WIDL146 washer dryer ?

I loaded my washer dryer and tried to turn it on, all the programme buttons are flashing and the washer doesn't start. I turned it off at the mains switch but it is still doing it when the power is turned back on . Can anyone suggest what's wrong?

all lights are flashing and nothing will work even turning power off and back on the lights come straight back on
