I had the exact same problem with the exact same model laptop. Here's what you do:
1. Go to the Acer website. (just google "Acer" and pick whichever applies out of .com, .co.uk or euro)
2. Find the "Download Drivers" section. (it could be under services ad support)
3. Select your laptop series. (Noteook>Aspire>Aspire 5630)
4. Select your Operating System from the dropdown menu. (Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic x32 etc.) If you are using vista, make sure you know if you need the 32 bit or 64 bit version.
5.Click the "Appliations" tab.
6. Download "eFramework", unzip and install.
7. Download "Launch Manager", unzip and install. (make sure you do it in this order.)
8. Restart your computer and you are good to go.
You might get the annoying acer widget poping up when you start up but all your buttons should be working. It worked perfectly for me.
