I can't get any sound, unless I am playing a DVD. It isn't the mute button?
Panasonic television. about 10 years old. I have gone into settings re: audio and volume and checked the mute button and can't figure it out. The DVD plays fine with sound. Also, instead of sound it gives me captions.
