How do I mend sealed double glazing?

I have dried and re-glued one and am keeping fingers crossed. This is the second attempt. The first attempt steamed up but this time I have dried the beading with a blow-torch. The glue is about £10 for a cartridge, enough to mend about 4 panels. New panels would cost about £12 each.

Good to see that someone else is attempting to repair double glazed units instead of throwing out all that good glass. I have been thinking about this issue for some time and posted my thoughts on this subject on a double glazing forum the other day. Please check out my approach to this issue and let me know what you think.... http://www.double-glazing-forum.com/topics.aspx?ID=16

One question for you that I also have to consider with my fix.... What type of glue are you using for the spacer to glass interface?
