Intonation on e-string all the way back still too sharp?

The intonation on my bass is sharp on the e-string, I pulled it back all the way but it is still sharp. I think it might be the neck being bent but I'm not sure. It has a bolt-on neck so should I just replace it or is the something else I could do to fix it?

Dont replace the neck unless a truss rod adjustment is not built in!!!!!
The truss rod adjustment is usually at the top of the neck under a small plate with a few screws in it to cover the adjustment. You'll probably need a long barrell socket wrench with and extension to get to it, or your best best is to go out and but a specialized truss rod wrench (cheaper). DONT REPLACE THE NECK UNTIL YOU KNOW IT CAN'T BE REMEDIED.

i think the string is too thin, go with a heavier gauge

check neck BEFORE replacing either by sighting
along edge (like aiming a gun ) or by pressing string
at 12th fret and looking for gap
but first if bridge has a spring between saddle
you can cut spring shorter or remove to get more
distance

If the neck is bent or warped it wont tune or play correctly. You'll have to at minimum replace the neck which shouldn't be to complicated.
