How can I fix my creda tumble dryer?

Hi, I have a Creda condensing Tumble dryer and its not heating? Any suggestions as to what may be the problem

overheat thermostat may need to be re-set.

I know nothing of tumble dryers but I would suspect that a fan blows air over a heating element and the warmed air is used to dry the clothes - you have no heat so either the fan is not working and a thermal fuse may have melted to shut down the element (possibly) - OR - the heating element is defective.

You could dive inside and check it out or call an engineer or get a friend to fix it or buy a new one or just revert to outside drying.

Whatever you decide - Good luck...
