I have the same problem any other ideas other than turning off and leaving as that hasnt worked on mine?

If you are saying you've lost the remote, you can still press the channel + button on the side panel, If you have tried that and it's still stuck turn the set off at the wall plug remove the plug and leave for overnight plug back in and try again. if you have tried that, there is a engineer mode.
